A little bit of history on Chamblee’s Auctions Incorporated.  My name is Steve Chamblee and I own and operate Chamblee’s Auctions, along with my wife, Jolene.  We are located in Rockdale, Illinois.  Recently, we have changed the name of the auction house.  It was formerly known as Harvest House Auctions, which in operation for the past 16 years.  I have owned the auction for the past year and a half and I am quite pleased with all of the changes we have made to both the operations of the auction and the appearance of the auction house. 

Chamblee’s Auctions is a state licensed and insured company that can assist you with estate sales, liquidations, and general merchandise auctions.  Chamblee’s Auctions is one of only three auction houses located within Will County and the Chicago southern suburban area that has our own auction house facility to merchandise and sell your clients valuable assets.  The fact that we have our own facility enables us to remain competitive or even offer lower commission rates than that of other auction services, while still allowing for onsite auctions at customers requests.  Take the worry out of liquidating, auctioning off, or disposing of your client’s assets, allow Chamblee’s Auctions to do the work for you.

We hold a regular weekly auction typically consisting of a wide variety of items from: antiques, collectibles, art, coins, jewelry, household goods, toys, tools, furniture, glassware, wall hangings, and many other unique items which vary each auction.

Our auction has grown the past year due to our hard work and continued strong buyer-seller support.  We take great pride in the reputation we have built, always believing in being fair and honest while providing a fun and enjoyable auction for both buyers and sellers.

Featured Items:  Antiques, collectibles, art, coins, jewelry, household goods, toys, tools, furniture, glassware, wall hangings, and many other unique items which vary each auction as well as items from A to Z.

Kitchen: We will serve items such as popcorn, hot dogs and nachos; Of course, soft drinks, coffee, and other refreshments. Occassionally, dinner will be catered.  Kitchen opens at 5:00 p.m.

Terms and Conditions:  We except cash, credit credit and good checks.  There is a 10% buyers premium; 5% when paying with cash or a check.  Everyone must be a registered bidder to enter and bid at the auction.  Previews are always free.  A $2.00 bid card charge may apply (subject to change). We are a live auction and NO absentee bids will be taken or allowed.  All merchandise is to be paid for and removed the day of sale.  All items sold as is where is.  We are not responsible for loss, accidents or injuries. Merchandise once received by the bidder is the responsibility of the bidder.  Items left will be resold at the next weeks auction. All announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over any previous announcement. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE , TAKE BIDS AND/OR SERVICE TO ANYONE.
